House of Running Mums
We have joint forces with House of Running to provide a post natal fitness class for mums who:
- want to start running
- want to get back into running or
- want to get back into fitness
This is not a running class. This is a class designed to get you stronger to allow you to move forward with your fitness goals. It is tailored for Mums who have recently had a baby. We do safe exercises to help you with your pelvic floor and stabilising your core to help you get your body ready to start working towards your goals.
And the loveliest part is that you get to bring your baby with you, in their buggy or pram.
The sessions last an hour and include a walk, power walk, then strengthening and cardio exercises to help keep fit and strong for the demands of motherhood, followed by a cool down and stretch.
We go out all year round in all weathers (except for extreme weather). It’s great fun working out and making friends with other new mums who share similar goals.
