Boot Camp is an outdoor group training session lasting an hour. Classes are a mix of strength and cardio activities and all levels of fitness are welcome.

[toggle title=”Do I have to be able to run?”]No, it is not a running class. There will be a bit of running but short bursts. If you really don’t want to run let me know and I can give you an alternative.[/toggle]
[toggle title=”Do I have to be fit?”]No, this class is for all abilities.[/toggle]
[toggle title=”Do I need to bring anything?”]It would be useful to bring a yoga mat. Be prepared to share it. Also, bring some water.[/toggle]
[toggle title=”And what about valuables?”]Please leave all valuables at home.[/toggle]
[toggle title=”What should I wear?”]Wear comfortable sports clothes and supportive shoes. Keep an eye on the weather forecast, if it looks like rain wear something to keep you dry and gloves are useful on colder days and also for exercises where you have your hands on the ground. On colder days have a warm layer to put on before and after the session.[/toggle]
[toggle title=”What if the weather is bad?”]It is an outdoors class so we continue anyway. Only in severe weather will the class be cancelled.[/toggle]

[toggle title=”Where is the class?”] The class in is in the Vondel Park. We will meet at the children’s play area just beside Kattenlaan. If the area is being used then we will have to move once we have met up.[/toggle]
[toggle title=”How much does the class cost?”] See the prices page. When you register I will send you my bank details to do a bank transfer.[/toggle]
[toggle title=” Does the Boot Camp have a military theme?”]No, I much prefer to encourage and motivate you in a fun way than shout and intimidate.[/toggle]
