I am so proud of my friend Joyce of @EatLiveLoveFood who has just updated her website and now has a Happiness Hub.
She is a Nutrition Therapist and has created a space to help share her knowledge on how to slowly change habits to improve health, happiness and nutrition. Joyce has asked me to write a guest blog post on how movement (my favourite subject) helps your mood.
