Strength training for runners is an outdoor group training session lasting an hour. Classes are designed for runners who want to add value to their training this season and aim for a new Personal Best.
Questions and Answers
No, if you are training for your first 5km or if you are training for a marathon, you are welcome.
It would be useful to bring a yoga mat. Be prepared to share it. Also, bring some water.
Please leave all valuables at home.
It is an outdoors class so we continue anyway. Only in severe weather will the class be cancelled.
The class in is in the Vondelpark. We will meet at the children’s play area just beside Kattenlaan. If the area is being used then we will have to move once we have met up.
