strength training for runners

Strength training for runners is an outdoor group training session, taking place in Vondelpark, Amsterdam and lasts an hour. Classes are designed for runners who want to add value to their training this season and aim for a new Personal Best.

Vondelpark – At the children’s play/pool area

Thursdays – 7:15 p.m – 8:15pm
