“I’ve managed to keep myself pretty injury free this season and I believe one of the contributing factors is the alignment and strengthening work that I’ve been doing with Lorna.
The coaching sessions have definitely helped me to improve my mobility and range of motion. Now, I’m working on developing more strength and holding onto my mobility gains. Lorna is a great motivator and it’s fantastic to have a trainer who also shares a passion for Triathlon.”
