Over the last months, a lot of us were going out less and therefore sitting more and moving less. This doesn’t necessarily mean exercising less. I am just talking about the lack of the commute to work, the walk to the shops, the cycle across town to meet friends. All these little things add up. Some of us might be stuck behind computers more and only transitioning from our desk to the sofa. If this sounds like your situation, you may be feeling a little stiff or uncomfortable.
