Here is an interview with a client I worked with after she had her second child. She is a busy mum with two children, a husband and a full time job in Den Haag, she came to me to help her with fitness after the birth of her second child. She has made her Personal Training sessions a priority despite a busy schedule.
What hesitations did you have about working with Lorna?
What results have you achieved since you started working together?
More strength, better condition overall, faster, weight loss, toned physique.
What did you like best about working with Lorna?
Insights into how the body works, advice on specific problems, attention to problem areas like my shoulders, adapting the training program regularly as I got stronger (taking into account excercises I enjoyed more/found easier to do than others) and of course, she is a very nice person!
How else have you benefited from your work together?
She really helped me get in shape post partum and overcome fears about exercising.

Yes! To new moms, friends, colleagues.
What’s the most important thing people should know about working with Lorna?
She’s hard working and committed to her work. She is very experienced and makes a dedicated effort to educate herself about different aspects of personal training, sports medicine and biomechanics.
Is there anything else you’d like to add?
For new moms, it is good to know that she makes a dedicated effort to pay attention to the special needs women have post-partum as well as while they are breast feeding.
